I'm having issues with customers who buy multiple items. They cannot see the proper invoice on their I phones or I pads. They end up getting an invoice with one item on it when I send them an invoice with several items combined. I contacted ebay but they just said send an invoice through paypal which is too time consuming. I"ve never had this issue before. Am I the only one? I was also a bit annoyed that they wanted to do a step by step on how to send a combine invoice when I've been doing it successfully for years with no issues!

Send a combined invoice?
Mobile apps are notorious for not allowing buyers to combine postage. Maybe suggest to the buyer they find a computer?
