Tried to list an item to sell, I have never listing an item before, today tried to load the data but cannot get past
the second window??? very frustrating

If you're using IE, there are innumerable threads about how to fix it. Scroll down to anything that mentions unable to list or HTML.
Better, try Firefox or Chrome.
ebay hates IE. Which is understandable - it is not a user friendly browser.
