I am currently on holidays - across the Nullabor tomorrow. I also close down for 2 months every Dec/Jan (sporting season!) This is what I do. I end all my auction items a full 2 weeks before I intend to leave. This gives time for payment, and also hopefully to solve any delivery problems for items previously bought. If I seem to have any slow payers, I send an email requesting speedy payment as I am going away. For anyone who still does not pay, I do not hesitate to open an unpaid item dispute, which I close as soon as I can. There, all done. You don't seem to have any BIN items (at least not on this ID.) I would also put a note in your store in big red letters about being on holidays and when you will be back - this lets regular customers know why you are not around, and if there is a problem with something previously sold, it will let the buyer know when you will be back.
You may feel that you can't be without sales for this long, but remember it is a HOLIDAY, and you don't want to be worryiong about eBay. I always prepare auctions to start immediately once I come home - schedule them, with a month away you will only need to re-schedule them once while you are away - easily done in these tablet days. If you are the sort of seller who does not get a lot of enquiry, you could even schedule them to finish on the day you get back. Have a great time.
