I am not being given the option of a multi-variation listing (except on the US site)

Hello,

Hoping that I am just blind here, but I am getting really frustrated that I cannot figure out how to list an item with colour variation. I have checked and the option should be available (category jewellery, pandora charms) but I can't see it for the life of me. I tried on the US site and it works but my ebay app would not recognise the US listing that I created and saved. Can someone help me?

Which category are you trying to list in - not all categories have the multi variation listing option.

Some categories have the variation listing format available in the US and not in Australia, but I just checked on my PC and was given the option to create variations for Jewellery & Watches > Fashion Jewellery > Charms > By Pandora so I suspect it might be one of the many glitches with the app - I can't double check as I don't have a mobile device to take a look and try to see where the option is supposed to be, unfortunately. Do you have any "Add or remove Options" links? It might be hiding in an additional option somewhere.

(If you create a listing on the US site, it will be listed on the US site, is USD, so if you want it to be an Oz listing and can't turn up the option on the app, you may be better off accessing a PC to list).
