I wouldn't feel sorry for the numpty seller although I might have reported them if I could be bothered (I can't). There are so many listing transgressions I wouldn't know where to start.

It is a choice listing without listing two items.

They are asking for offers.

They have an email address displayed.

They are giving a contact phone number.

They are asking for COD when they probably mean cash on collection.

Rubbishing members for wasting their time is the least of their worries. Several of the above could get them suspended from selling.

I took it that way at first, too - then I read it a couple more times, and now I think it means "The ad will be updated when an item is sold". As in: when a pair of shoes is sold, that pair will be removed from the ad. I think.
