I have an item for sale, pickup only. Currently 1 bid on the item, the bidder is in another state and has a feedback comment from another seller advising the bidder never made contact after they had won item. This is a positive feedback and it doesnt appear that the seller notified ebay, therefore no strike recorded against this person. I have attempted contact to the bidder to clarify where the item is located. Am I able to cancel this persons bid and block them or do you think I am being to rash in judgement?
