I have overcharged on postage of an item how do i reimburse the buyer

I had calculated an item for posting through the Australia Post calculator on line and the figure given was far more than the actual cost that i paid when posting. How do i reimburse the buyer for the extra charges she was asked to pay ,as it may seem that i have deliberatly overcharged on this item. Kind regards Joseph.

If they paid with paypal to the right is an issue refund button.

Click on that and you can enter the amount you want to refund.

Let the seller know you are doing a partial refund and why.

If they paid with bank dep then ask for their bank details so you can refund the excess postage costs.
