I have received SPOOF emails from a buyer

Buyer has sent me emails claiming the Payment has been sent and that it won't come through until after i send the item out.

I'm not stupid, i know he's a scammer, but when i go to open the case in the resolution centre, it says the item number does not exist.

How do i get rid of this item from my sold items?

An obvious scam indeed but I can't understand why the item number isn't showing up.

You probably should give Customer Service a ring.

They have a better view of the eBay back end than you do.

Have all the details handy and also a copy of the email sent by the buyer.

If it was sent to your private webmail account ask for n address you can forward it to at eBay.

I noticed that too. A buyer that negged me a few years ago never left feedback for others, she still doesn't. Her only feedback left for others is my neg. She was the nutcase that took me to court.

Yeah? an ebay buyer took you to court? How did that work out? Did she pay your court costs?

I won the case, she was ordered to pay my costs, but there is no way of enforcing it. My solicitor said I could take her through the small claims court, but she would just be ordered again, with no way of enforcing it, so would just cost me even more.

She didn't read the description, she looked at the photos only......and that came out in court.
