I have reinstalled Turbo Lister and now it doesn't recognise me.

I reinstalled Turbo Lister and it requested registration. I input user details/password only to be told they are incorrect. I input the same details to eBay and they are accepted. At one stage I was told that my email address was not valid on eBay. I have tried everything I can think of but nothing seems to work (I spent 3 hours trying). Has anyone got a solution to my problem please?

I know you have to reset your account. Last time I did it, I had no issues with my eBay account details that I recall.

Have you done the 'Install Complete Version Update'? That has to be first I believe, then the account linking, then a standard update install to pick up your shop categories and seller status, then you should be right. And a backup restore.

If you've done all of those, then I can't think of anything else.
