I know it's of no great importance but I thought I'd share this nice bit of trivial news:
Last Monday night; I had an item listed for bidding only. Somebody messaged to ask if I could pop a 'buy it now' button on the item because they wanted it for Christmas Day, so I did (and I said to myself 'fat chance'). She promptly paid within a minute or two. WOW.
Last Tuesday morning; I went to the post office as early as I could. Whilst in my car, I KISSED the parcel and said a little prayer - 'please get to her on time for Christmas Day'. Yes, I'm a tad strange like that. Oh and by the way, it was $6.60 standard postage. Yep, I took a huge chance.
Today (Christmas Eve); I just got a message from her saying that she got it in time for Christmas. WOOT - WOOT!
She gave me excellent feed back. 🙂

I would have sent it using Click and Send. $6.20 plus satchel cost plus Paypal acceptable tracking equals less cost and less need to rely on divine intervention.

Yes, I think the good out number the bad, we just tend to remember the bad a little more.
So many good stories everyday we don't hear about.
