eBay have a policy about Adult Material

However it does appear to be a grey area as if it is listed on this site

Searching the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG)

it seems a lot of it is OK.

Best to double check with eBay though before you buy and list anything and make sure if your specific item is approved that it is described appropriately and in the correct category.
