When you click on "send invoice" on the drop-down menu at the right of the listing, you are taken to the invoice which is able to be amended - postage type and cost - before sending. You are also able to leave a note for the buyer if necessary. Do not click on "recalculate" on the invoice because this reverts back to the original. When you are happy, just click send.
