I sell only to Australia but buyer as bought from Europe ?

Hi need advice , I list  to sell in Australia yet buyer has bought from Austria , I don't wish to go ahead with this sale .

Buyer has asked for a final price .

I thought Ebay had filters to block overseas buyers when I list Australia only ?

To stop overseas buyers you have to select the block that stops members with a primary delivery address that you do not post to from purchasing, it is not enough just to quote Australian post only.

Why not just find out the cost of fully trackable delivery and addd that to the invoice.

Find out the cost of the most expensive fully trackable postage and then add $80.00 for your trouble and tell the buyer the final cost.

I have found that on the 2 occasions I did this the buyer wanted to pull out of the transaction.

There may be some problem with the blocks to countries you don't post to at the moment.  I have experienced this issue recently, even though my blocks are in place, as has another power seller, also reported on discussion boards recently.

The block was inexplicably removed from quite a number of my listings in the last few weeks (not all of them, though). I only realised after going in to revise some and seeing it gone from the buyer requirements section. It will also disappear sometimes if you use "Sell similar" or "Relist".
