Hello
Just wondering if a seller refunds a customer after both parties have given their feedback, will the feedback that has been given disappear?

feedback stays.
there are exceptions, such as if the feedback is abusive or mentions a Paypal dispute etc., then a request to eBay can be made to have it removed.
if a buyer has left a negative, you can ask for its removal if the buyer will agree to it.
however, you only get to request it once, and the buyer can refuse, so a seller needs to be pretty certain of a yes to the request from that buyer.
follow up feedback can be left, so a refunded buyer can say they were happy in the end, or a seller can say that the buyer was given a refund.
If a seller gets a neg that cannot be removed, it can be neutralised for other prospective buyers with a factual, non-emotional explanation from the seller.
so...if a buyer has left a neg, but since been given a refund, the buyer can suggest to the seller to request a removal (that the buyer agrees to) for changing to a positive comment, or the seller can politely ask the buyer if they would agree, if the request was made.

🙂
one other thing is that a seller can only leave a positive rating for a buyer.
this also means the comment has to be a positive one.
sometimes you might see a less than nice comment left for a buyer by a seller next to the green dot.
the buyer can appeal to eBay to remove any negative remarks, or anything abusive.
