If a seller has been treated unfairly by EBAY Staff, how can we make a further appeal?

I have evidence that the customer is not telling the truth, but EBay's reply was rude and rough, without any reason.

I won't tolerate this!

I believe it's not EBay's will, but some unqualified staff's personal behaviour.

Could someone help me to find a way for justice?

Thank you!

As long as you have some form of documentary evidence that what you suggest has happened, I wouldn't muck about with eBay at all. Instead, I'd go straight for the jugular and visit my local magistrate's court and ask the clerk of the court exactly how simple and inexpensive it is to lodge a case against another individual (depending upon the nature of the case, of course).

If you are convinced that it was an issue relating to 1 eBay staffer, I suggest you contact them again and ask to speak to a supervisor (they have to put you through). Calmy go through your story and the evidence you have and see if you can get a better hearing.

I have often found the first line staff lacking the experience/training to handle anything other than the most simple problem, and they don't seem to have much power to do anything about cases. I have usually been much happier with the results from a supervisor.

Marina.
