I could be worng, but I think I remember reading somewhere that once your sales it a certain threshhold (I think it was $1000 but don't hold me to that), the free relists were no longer available. Someone else might come along to correct or confirm this.

Try clearing your browser cache. EBay told me that I had probably gone over the threshold, but to try clearing my cache. Restart your browser and see if the box reappears. It worked for me, even though I had gone over the threshold.

Hi if you revise your item, tick the box again, this should work if you load from turbo lister or manually .

This ID is hardly new, nor is my store ID, which has been around a bit longer and has a few more sales than you.
I can only state that the option is available on both.

Hello all,
I sell a selection of Stamp Albums on CD that I designed myself. Basically, I have them listed at BINwith qty 10 for 10 days. So I could sell up to 10 in the 10 day listing period then the auction would end and I would have to re-list again using another of my 40 free listings. This was great and I rarely ran out of the free listings.
Now with the auto relist I dont have to re-list them myself.
Sales haven't changed that much but it is less work for me.
