Sadly, no. The report button is purely for listing violations. Best thing you can do is just sit back and watch whoever you are thinking about hang themselves.........which they will. My gut is telling me that it might be quiet around the forums for the next week........
Spamming is a board policy violation, so if you feel someone is spamming, best thing you can do is report them to the mods using the "report inappropriate content" link on the left under their name. If the mods feel the report is justified, they will remove the offending posts and if the violation continues despite warnings, they will remove the member for a period of time.
