Firstly C & S tells me I have the wrong password/user name (after I had changed my password the night before & had been into my account).
Then, when I went in to renew my password AGAIN, it tells me my email address doesn't exist on this service (or words to that effect). Considering it had to have that same email address & the correct user name the night before for me to change my password.
Emailed them - the reply was that I was locked out & gave me a new password. Tried using their password, but it still said I had the wrong user name/password.
I even tried the 'forgot my password' with the correct email address, but it just took me back to the log-in page.
I have the new Adobe reader & I separately gave both Chrome & Internet Explorer a try but nothing doing, so it's probably not the browser. Firefox has 'Service currently unavailable', which it has had for quite some time.
At the moment I am posting in the satchels with the cheaper parcel post, but that's not going to help if the item weighs over 500 grams.

Thank U all for your replies. AusPost couldn't solve the problem either.
Finished up I think it was a problem with Adobe Reader 10. I downloaded it again to be repaired, even though the new updated AR had only had been downloaded the week before.

I have used it 4 times today with no problems and I am using firefox.

Passwords are case sensitive. It may be a dumb question, but did you check whether you used Caps or not?
Try giving C&S a call. Ph 1300 662 710. They have very helpful customer service staff.
If all else fails and you still can't login you could setup a new C&S ID and see if that works.
