Since yesterday, when I refund my customers, the transaction is still showing as paid, with the "$" sign still in solid blue.
Normally when we refund a transaction, the solid blue dollar sign will turn into a translucent dollar sign with a diagonal line on it, indicating that a refund has been issued, and from there on, I will be able to cancel the transaction and get my final value fee back.
But ever since yesterday, this is not working. I have refunded my customer, but I cannot cancel the transaction.
Anyone having the same issue?
How do we resolve this?

I have found that it can take anything up to 48 hours for a refunded Paypal payment to filter through to ebay.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

We are experiencing the same issue - we also noticed this happening since yesterday. Never had this problem before, it always immediately indicated a refund and placed items back in awaiting payment so that we could cancel them.

Glad I`m not alone, happened to me yesterday and I thought I`d did something wrong
Ended up refunding through Paypal, then changing the the sale on eBay to "unpaid"
