I don't report them as I have no idea as to when they'll actualy send them,(this is one of those ones where the

buyer has to do the reports if the item isn't shipped within the timeframe),

IMHO it would be easy for newbie buyer to get scammed as the Batman should already be around,(it's the

superheroes that should be pre-order items but they where due in September).
