You know the ones. The kind that show that eBay should do "Buyer Training" to let buyers know what a neutral is ๐Ÿ™‚

I don't think you can ask for a feedback revision for a neutral...only a negative.

Lyndal - you can request a revision for a neutral or a neg.

Yep, it is now officially the 22nd of December!

Maybe we can start another Mayan calendar.

Can you imagine the fear we will create throughout the world in a few thousand years when that calendar ends?

Lyndal you can ask for a request to revise but they have the choice of either rewording the neut or change to a +ive.

You can not change a neut to a neg though.

Remember the wrong advise from one we all know that said to revise the neut to a neg and she was wrong ๐Ÿ™‚

It's just such a shame that you chose to highlight that.  When you put in as many hours of helping others then maybe it could be overlooked that you've negged and neuted quite a few sellers when buying their items.  What do you know. You sold the same brand.

Still got a list of your IDs ๐Ÿ™‚

So what are you going to do with a list of ID's? (All 3 of them)

Print them out and put them on the toilet wall to read when you are bored?

Ebay have responded  with usual rubbish as follows

Hello Queenslander

Thank you for contacting eBay about the Wiggles Special 2011 Mini you are selling. I understand you must have been worried in receiving a negative feedback from catherinej5128.

I recommend you to leave a professional reply to the feedback they left to share your side of the story. Here is how to respond to the feedback they left for you:

1. Click Site Map at the top of most eBay pages.

2. In the right column, under the Feedback heading, click Reply to Feedback Received.

3. Click the Reply link for the comment you want to reply to.

4. Enter your reply and click Leave Reply.

The best thing to do is to communicate with catherinej5128 to come up for an amicable resolution. You may try calling the buyer for faster communication. Here is how to request for your buyerโ€™s contact information:

1. Click Advanced Search at the top of the eBay.com.au homepage.

2. Click the Find Contact Information link on the left side of the Advanced Search page.

3. Enter the buyerโ€™s User ID and the item number. Click Search.

Once you are done communicating with them, it would be best that you send them a feedback revision request. This allows buyers to change their feedback rating, comment or detailed seller ratings left for you. You must send this request within 30 days of receiving the negative feedback and the buyer has 10 days for them to respond the request. Here is how to submit a feedback revision request:

1. Go to http://www.ebay.com.au

2. At the bottom of the page, click Site Map.

3. Click Feedback Forum from the top of the left column.

4. Under Feedback Tools, click Request Feedback Revision.

5. Check the box next to the Feedback youโ€™d like the buyer to revise.

6. Click Send.

7. Select the Feedback youโ€™d like revised by the buyer, and then choose the reason that best describes why you want the Feedback revised.

8. After the request is submitted, youโ€™ll get a confirmation

Please take note you can only submit a feedback revision request once per transaction. Before sending any request, make sure you that your issue with your buyer is resolved. Buyer may decline the request if issues are unresolved..

For more information about feedback revision request, please go to:
