Just told Customer Support to 'Go Jump'

Yes I did, I have been trying to send an invoice since this morning but it's been all no go - agent said that I had forgotten to add in Express Post cost but the buyer hasn't asked for it - then was told that a buyer with almost 500 positive feedback is registered on another eBay site and it is my responsibility to contact him and tell him he has to contact them and make the changes official - that's when I said 'go jump' lol.

 

Agent said that he/she can't do it because it's my potential sale, I said but that's your job not mine isn't it? was told - yes but I am asking you to do it ????????

 

My parting shot was to tell he/she that I am really looking forward to leaving them feedback - did contact the buyer, at least I can treat him right even if they can't, told him to ask for the same Agent and refer to the transcript of our conversation - what is this world coming to lolol - Sandra :))

No replies? Please don't tell me that none of you have wanted to say the same to some of the Agents - yes I know, they are just 'doing their job' but in this case they wanted me to do it for them

Ooohhh yeah, i let it rip today good and proper with Ebay, i'm getting sick to death of there straight out B.S, you ask a question and they refer you to some link that has nothing to do with the question.

 

With my other Ebay issue they have gone mute.

Oh dear. That'd be hilarious if it weren't real (and I've no doubt it is).

 

I feel your pain. They're frightful... especially when you use only a mobile- it costs $ to hear this nonsense!

 

Maybe if you call back in a couple of days, there'll be no record of that conversation & you'll get an entirely different response? That seems pretty common.

 

Good on you for giving one of them a mild earful. Can't hurt ๐Ÿ˜‰
