I'm ticked off by a newbie buyer who left neg feedback for me with a positive comment, well I read it as a positive comment. Can it be removed by Ebay? I'm guessing probably not.....but thought I'd ask anyway. Oh, and buyer did the exact same thing to another seller. Maybe one for the BBL.

Appears they likely used mobile app to leave feedback which has the neg neutral & positive rating in the opposite order than the website order (how ridiculous is that ??)
I would message them, or pull their phone number and ring them, to sort out.

Probably just an accident, but if you talk to them decently they'll no doubt revise it for you, but then you need to revise the commet you left in reply.

Contact the buyer as they may have done the FB with a phone which is prone to this sort of error.
Ask if they will revise if you send a request to do so and if they reply then send the request to revise the feedback.
Or call ebay and see if they will remove it is it was done in error. Nothing LOSE by asking 🙂

Thanks for the replies. Feedback has now been revised, was originally done by phone which is how it happened. Happy camper again 🙂

That's great news 🙂
Wish ebay would advise the ap techs to make the simple adjustment to the phone ap to have the neg-neutral-positive in the exact same order as it is on the website.

It already is.. Well, when I left feedback for something a couple of days ago it was.. On the app the order is Positive - Neutral - Negative.. Which is how I thought it was on the website
