Doesn't read listings, has a habit of leaving negs and neutrals.

Has sent me 53 emails over the last few weeks regarding her purchases.

Thanks for that, I just managed to find her.

Absolutely appalling the number of items not recieved, the refunds given to change feedback, and the negatives for minor problems.

Any bet she is a serial pest / shop lifter at her local Westfield's!

Just an update, ebay have reinsted all 10 negative feedback from this stupid **bleep** of a buyer.

I have a feeling the buyer has had a word with ebay and demanded that the feedback be reinstated.

Just get on the phone again and hope you get an inderstanding member.

Only problem is, the buyer can appeal again.

saying you have an appaling buyer is such a gross understatement!

That person (judging from her general f/back left for others) steals more than she buys - and most definitely seems to get some sort of a sick kick out of defaming sellers as well - just because she can. System allows for that to happen.

If I was you (I'm not a seller, so some might say it's easy for me to talk!) I would respond to all of the negs, line by line, starting with her full user name, and telling in every sentence your side of the story, telling people about all the emails, and anything else that will show the buyer for what  she is.

Also, I wouldn't even fight to get the negs removed as they serve as a best example I have ever seen of the f/back abuse and Ebay's set up to enable them to do so!

I can't imagine there would be even a single person who would believe this f/back - that none of the items were any good, there was a "fault" with all of them!

This horrible example is even news worthy - something for the national press!

The best thing you can do is ring Ebay and request that they DO NOT remove any of that, that it stay, every single one of them - as an appaling example of the type of clients Ebay has as well as totally mindless f/back system. (The one than no sane person can take seriously).

Unfortunately they won't remove them again this time.  Half of my listings clearly stated that the boxes had some damage to them but won't remove them because they buyer didn't complain of damage, they complained that they were opened, not as described, etc etc.

I spoke to a supervisor this morning and demanded I speak to someone higher.  She said there was no one higher.  I kept pushing to speak to someone higher and she finally relented and said she would get a manager to call me after 6pm tonight.  Still waiting for that phone call.

I have also sent several emails, all came back saying sorry, nothing they can do.

Oh my, I am sorry to hear about the 10 neg fb reinstated. I just thought who has the time to even ring eBay to get FB reinstated?? Its like she has some personal vendetta towards you. What I dont understand is that, she is still allowed to make purchases after you said eBay would be giving her sanction? Greedy eBay!

Hi all,

I have the same issue with the same buyer!!  BEWARE EVERYONE

Left me 5 negative feedbacks overnight however ebay kindly removed this morning.

Also directed them to the 60+ emails she has sent me as well.

It is very unfortunate that one bad seed can cause upset to so many 😞

Keep persisting toycrazyau - you are well supported by 8000+ postive experiences!!

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but could it possibly be another doll seller that's opened a buying account specifically to trash other doll sellers accounts?

i.e. same or similar addresses to another doll seller etc. 

Maybe if it is then they could be exposed to eBay and shut down..................just a thought.

You have me thinking......... the volume of dolls being purchased is very suspect. 

It is also worth noting that most of the negative feedback the buyer leaves is for 'brand new' boxed dolls - not second hand items.

One thing I can say for sure is that her behaviour has escalated - from purchasing and complaining about single items, to buying bulk lots whereby there is a bigger refund and/or substantial damage done from leaving multiple negative feedbacks. 

No one cares about 1 negative feedback and/or having to refund a $20 item.

Everyone cares about 10 negative feedbacks and/or having to refund $300 worth of goods.

There is also further insult to injury when you know you have been slandered and/or ripped off by a serial scammer.

Hopefully something can be done.

I live in SA if you need them picked up.. Dont know if shes looking for a refund and trying to keepthem.  I can get them back  at low cost if need be
