Late shipment rate Not fair ( Australia Post Is **bleep** ) but we live rural :(

We post our items the next day, some items are taking 2 weeks to be delivered, they postage prices are the highest in the world, and they are slow like a dead snail, but we don't have a choice, i don't think its very fair that  has a new (Late shipment rate)
this really needs amending ASAP.....

Agreed you shouldn't have to hide them. If ebay doesn't want the site full of items that are not available then it would be fair enough to have a time limit on that. eg if your are in holiday mode longer than X days then you need to hide your items. For a few days buyers are happy to find your items and either buy and wait or put them on hold. It is not in buyers interest to not even know they exist. Previous buyers may even think items are no longer available at all.
