Listing frame and store design reverted to 1990s for unknown reason

I don't have a designer bone in my body and it took quite a lot of trial and error to set up a store with a reasonable look. It's been like that for about 5 years with tweaks along the way.

Two weeks ago I discovered my store presentation had reverted to something like from the 1990s. I can't find the store personalisation and listing frame page. Ebay help desk swear black and blue that nothing has changed to my store presentation but after about 30 minutes agreed to escalate. I've heard nothing back (as usual).

I have a Basic Store subscription.  Has Ebay perhaps changed something with that subscription level?

eBay support say they will escalate an issue, but nothing seems to get done about problems that need escalating these days.  We're left to work it our for ourselves.  Hope someone can reply soon with a solution for your problem.
