Just wondering if anyone can help me with this minor issue.
I sold an item on 8/12/14 and I always watch and check the progress of these items after I have sent them, using tracking numbers to make sure they are delivered. Usually I do not delete them myself until I receive feedback from the buyer.
The item in question had to go to a parcel locker and because I paid for a 'signed for' option, it was being held (I was told) at the PO until the recipient collected it and signed for it. Since the buyer hasn't so far fronted up at their PO to do this, it has always shown up as 'accepted', and 'in transit' but not 'delivered'.
Now, due to the passage of time, it has dropped off the bottom of my 'sold' list, without me deleting it.
Can anyone tell me how I locate it, as I wish to continue to watch what it happening with it. With the long period of time buyers now have to open disputes, I want to keeps tags on it !!

Try archived sales or set your sold items to show longer and that will bring it back to your sold page

Just a suggestion, but when you find it, I would seriously consider checking with Aust Post that is still being held, as usually they would return it to you by now (I suspect it has been delivered) but if not then I would probably message the Buyer and point out it has been waiting collection since early December ! Not sure if Parcel Lockers operate differently though. Just my opinion of course - you and others may disagree

Ahh that sounds like a plan, thanks.
Only problem, I can't find my archived sales. Could you point me in the right direction please?

Yes that's a good idea. The last time I checked with Australia Post was just before Christmas, so I guess its time to follow up again ! Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you have selling manager on your my ebay page?
Or do you have the basic my ebay page?

I think I must have the basic ebay page because I can't see 'Selling manager' anywhere there.

You could also enter the tracking number into AP's website and subscribe to email updates, that way if the status changes at all, you'll get an email pretty much straight away.

Try clicking on deleted and see if it there and you may have to change the time frame for it to show.
Did you change the time frame for sold items to show in your sold list?
