Major Problem with Click & Send Labels

I don't know if anyone else has come across this problem.

This morning i tried to post 5 Parcels via Click & Send at the Post Office

They had the Parcel Post Plus Lables that were printed directly from the Australia Post Click & Send Website on them.

When i got to the post office the guy there was unable to scan them into there system.

He did it the correct way by typing in the parcel post plus info.

He told me that Australia Post has apparently changed the Click & Send System.

So now the old satchels and labels dont work.

Due to this i had to send the parcels in the regular post.

Has anyone else had this happen

It seems ridicoulous that they can't get their act together.

I have to change all my listings now because i cant guarantee that this wont happen again.

Major Problem with Click & Send Labels

Posting as a regular parcel shouldn't have cost any more.

If you are using your own packaging and not the satchels or flat-rate boxes, then the postage cost is the same whether you use C&S or not. Adding tracking in C&S costs $1.55, the same as buying a tracking label over the counter.

The only difference is in C&S you can add tracking to parcels over 250g whereas if you buy tracking over the counter the parcels have to be over 500g.
