I got a neg feedback stating incorrect information (about time, you cant tell from the feedback, but from the communication the buyer is simply trying to get back at me.. there was no delay).
The item its in reference to is PLANT SEEDS.
This is the reply I got from Ebay, saying they cant remove the neg -
-----------------------------
... I understand how important this feedback to be removed but after reviewing it has been decided that the feedback is not removable. Its because it should be clearly stated what size it was, if it is American size or Australian size or whatever size it was....
---------------------------
Clearly, they didnt even look at the item, OR the feedback since the item description title (SEEDS) directly beneath it.
Is there some big joke going on? have I missed the punchline?
(and even if it was clothes, and I did put "Australian" size 16 or whatever, it would be irrelevant considering theres about 40 different size "16s" in different size charts in Australia, which is why I put exact measurements in all my listings).

This is what happens when you email ebay:
It is read by a machine who picks out a couple of key words and matches that to a data base of replies.
You use the reply button to tell them they have not addressed your problem.
It is read by another machine with a bigger data base which picks out quite a few key words and selects from a bigger list of reply options.
You use reply again to tell them they have not answered your question.
It is read by a highly trained chimp who has a good success rate in pressing the right buttons so it almost looks like a reply.
You use reply etc.
It is read by the lowest level of support worker who hasn't a clue what you are asking but can send a response that doesn't sound like a machine (or chimp) generated response.
You reply etc
It is read by someone who at least realises you are in danger of physical injury from banging your head on the wall and almost sends an answer that makes sense.
In desperation you hit reply once more
At last it is sent up to a level where somebody actually understands it and sends the correct answer.
Of course it is by then too late, your plant seeds have germinated and grown so tall that you have climbed up your beanstalk and been eaten by the not so friendly giant who lives at the top.
