NEGATIVE FEEDBACK - Help :(

Hi,

Just got a negative feedback without any communication of any issues from the buyer. The comment is quite slanderous in nature and I have already sent a message to the buyer, also tried contacting the buyer but goes to voicemail.

Any help would be appreciated. We went from 100% positive to 99.9% and the negative is horrendous. To top it off, I had a look at seller protection feedback removal policy and this apparently does not qualify as the use of words such as "cheater", "stealer", "con artist" etc do not qualify for removal ...

Worked it out in the end with getting it revised with full refund ...

For your record, the feedback was "Not good enough!!! These people are stealers!!" Can't believe using the word "stealers" is acceptable by eBay

Thats excellent news. 

With the changes to feedback removal - buyer revisions are now even more critical to the process of getting rid of those nasty red dots.

There are plenty of good additions to the new feedback removal policy which is good. I am glad I got it removed as that would have really hurt my business. I am buying my first property and rely on extra income so I almost died.

I got negative feedback (my only one) that isn't even in English! I don't even know what the apparent problem was 😞

The feedback comment left can be quickly translated via google translate in a few seconds if you want to know what problem was.
