Need help with buyer - reckons he cant pay as I dont post to melbourne?

I have a buyer who purchased 3 bulk lot of videos. I live in SA and he lives in melbourne

I have sent him a combined invoice, but he sent me a message saying: hey cannot pay because it says you live in a area the seller dose not post to?

I only post within Australia. Is he trying to dribble crap to avoid paying? I have never even heard of anything like this before

If they uncombined and made two payments I hope you are going to send them separately!

They should have been unable to pay anything other than the amount quoted for the separate orders so how could they be 99c short.

Is the payment showing as pending in Paypal and have you had an email to say it is an echeque?
