I was wondering if anyone might be able to have a look at one of my listings please
Item number 251770882792
A lovely customer sent me photos of her bracelets with my safety chain's, giving me permission to use them,
Is this is ok? Because they are photos of bracelets, but for an add for safety chains.

To me, the clear type over the pics is self explanatory but as dave suggests, some buyers may misunderstand especially if they are overseas and don't read english.
You are within eBay's rules, however some may misunderstand is the point being made, even though I think you have made it clear as to the product being sold.

If you have both reached an agreement there is no problem.
However if it is her watermark in the photos, best to have your own or without another members watermark.
It could confuse buyers.
Edit - I have just seen the watermark is the same as your store name so obviously first pics are yours.
If you find you have many potential buyers asking whether the beads or other items shown are included, you will know it will be better to create your own pics.

I would definitely only include pics of the chains if that is what you are selling.
A lot of buyers don't read descriptions and if you have pics of bracelets, then that is what they would expect to receive.

So the info written on the photos I thought might make that clear? (Bracelet & Beads not included, demonstration purposes only)
As far as ebay goes, I guess what I am asking is there any rules saying you cannot show a photo depicting the use of an item?
The lady contacted me and offered me the photos, saying I can use them in the adds, so that is not a problem.
