Negative comments with the + sign

Hi I need to ask what is a seller to do if a bidder has bid on an item and they have 4 negative comments but it has the plus sign next to each one,

I have changed buyer requirements and I'm not sure what else to do, I don't want this person to be wasting my time if this person isn't legit.. Help

cancel their bids and block them and put in place the blocks to stop non payers with strikes.

And you post just proves that leaving negs for non payers works as you now have the option to cancel their bids as you saw them.

Way too often it is said what good would negs for non payers do well here is the proof it does work.

enter the item number and the buyers ID to cancel their bids.

Put the blocks in place as well

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.

I would also take note of the seller's ids too and add it to the list of sellers I will not buy from. They appear to have a complete disregard of ebay policy so best avoided!
