I don't think there's any issues with the actual products you are selling, as most are gimmick things, just some of the wording in the titles. If eBay decide to set the bots to look for certain words, some of your listings will be taken down. If you then relist them without making changes, eBay may very well close you down for good. It's also an issue if some do gooder decides to report those handful of listings.
Saying that others are using those words is not a good enough excuse for eBay. Just because they are using them doesn't make it right. It just means that either eBay haven't caught up with them yet, or no-one has reported those particular listings. Just because someone else robs banks, doesn't mean everyone should do it.
No-one here is trying to pick on you or be nasty. You have a great little store there and by the looks of it, are getting some good sales. We want to see you suceed, which is why those few minor things were brought to your attention. Better to find out from us, rather than cop the wrath of eBay and risk a suspension. If eBay do shut you down, you can't create a new account.
Good luck with your store, I reckon you are on a winner there. I just wish some of this stuff was around when I had my hens night, it could have been a lot of fun, not to mention some great laughing moments!
One example of what I'd change is, the flavoured gel 5 pack, I'd remove the reference for the actual "use" (not sure if I can say the BJ words in full here without copping a slap) and change it to something like "ultimate experience" or "ultimate adventure".
