No Final Value Fees from March - April this year

I know I had a no final value fee promotion aimed at me from April this year, possibly late March, but I can't find the documentation. Did anyone else get this?

Maybe eBay is hiding it from sellers who call buyers lying P.O.S... idk

They are normally time limited, and I've never heard of one that ran for 8 or 9 months.
