Hello, for some reason I no longer receive confirmation emails telling me a sale has been made with the purchasers details on it. Has something changed for eBay sellers which now requires me to go in & tick a box for this to resume?
Thanks, Greg.

It should always send an email.
Checked your spam folder?
If your email address is with Gmail or your own domain then most likely they are being rejected due to anti-spam algorithms. If with Gmail then there is not much you can do until Gmail gets enough complaints about it and fixes the problem, or eBay better authenticates their emails.
PayPal emails have been known to be significantly delayed sometimes, but not eBay's.

Thanks for the reply & suggestions to fix this issue. I'm not using a gmail address but there looks like there has been some emails dropping into a junk folder. I have changed the setting to stop this so I will see how I go next time I make a sale.
Cheers, Greg.

I'm glad you worked it out.
I just wish eBay would stop being creative with the 'sold' email subjects and just say:
Sold: [Title of item that has sold]
Instead of:
You made the sale for [Title of item that has sold]
But maybe it's to help get around spam detectors, so who knows.
