Can someone please end a question. When you file a non paying bidder report I know you have to wait 4 days. Does that or does that not include week ends . Or does it mean 4 "business days".
As there seems to be a growing amount of fantastic bidders who hate paying, the "special list" is growing.
I have looked thru ebays rules concerning this but have not seen anything to answer this so I put it out to the friendly folks on here.
Thank you

It's 4 days, any 4 days. If you open at 8pm Friday, you can close at 8pm Tuesday.

If you have already opened a case. go into the resolution centre and at the right of the listed open case, there is a drop down. I can't remember exactly what it says, but it's either close case or receive fee back, or something to that effect. You should know it when you see it.
If you click on that option, you will see 2 options on the next screen, 1 to close the case because payment has been received and one to close the case because payment hasn't been received.
If the not received option is not able to be selected, it means the time isn't up. Just above that it will tell you the exact time you can close it.
