Can anyone please tell me what I should do with the following:
Sold an item at auction but the purchaser has not made any contact whatsoever. I have tried leaving emails but still nothing.
How long should I waite before relisting? Are there any other protocols that I should follow?
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Lozza376

It is not yet 2 days since your auctions ended. There is still time for your buyers to get in touch
At the end of 4 days you can start an Unpaid Item dispute and close it 4 days later. Only then can you relist if the buyer has not paid.

Buyers have 4 days to pay before you can open an unpaid item dispute. Have you sent them an invoice with payment/pick up details?
Its really only been a day and a half, its probably a little early to starting worrying about it yet.
If they dont end up paying, you can open a dispute after 4 days, and close it 4 days later if they still havent paid. After that, you can send the underbidder a second chance offer or relist the item. Your seller fees will be refunded once the dispute is closed.

I usually wait 8 days and then open a Non Paying Bidder's dispute; this usually stirs the buyer into paying for his/her purchase. Those who don't respond to emails after 5 or 6 days generally don't pay!
Go to the transaction on your home page, click on "More Actions", then "Resolve a Problem"; follow the prompts:-)

Your items were pickup only & you haven't stipulated in your listing that you'd like them picked up within X amount of time.
You've also offered cash on delivery which is an Australia Post Service-you obviously meant pay on pickup.
Next time you list a pickup item,it would be a good idea to state that you'd like item to be collected by X date & that cash on pickup is preferred.

I have to say I am becoming far less patient.
I used to send an invoice, then if no payment after 5 days a reminder.
Then about another 5 or so days a final reminder.
Then wait a few more days and if no contact or payment issue a UID.
There seem to be a lot more non payers now and I just cant be bothered sending all these emails and reminders.
It it becoming way to time consuming.
If they buy and want it, they should have paid within 5 or 6 days. Or at the very least made contact.
I will send an invoice now and a reminder after 5 days.
If no reply within another couple of days thats it, I will open an UID.
I just cant see why we should be stuffed around by buyers who refuse to answer us.
I am always happy to give extra time if a buyer asks.

Yhe buyer gets a notification from eBay upon winning/purchase - then on day 3 they get a second reminder eBay, by day 5 I send a message to respond within 24 hours, day 6 open dispute.
