Non paying buyers

Its nice to know that a buyer can win an item you have on sale ( auction ) ..They dont pay & can,t even follow instructions on  an AUSTALIA Tax invioce .Please make contact within 24 hours & payment 3 day .And as a seller you can,t inforce that rule .And if you relist the item before the 4 days the buyer can leave NEG feedback & it sticks .A loop hole i have just come up against So a non paying buyer can tie up your item for days & days .Let me know what you think .Cheers

A mathematical improbability. There are currently over 970, 000 member profiles in the community, and profiles in the community are only available if the member has actually accessed the forum and agreed to the terms of use. The only way you could have all of them (except the OP) on your BBL is if less than half of a percent of them had ever posted on the forum. 

If being a forum poster is your criteria for banning someone, I suggest you ask eBay to increase the number of people you can place on your BBL from 5000 by about 10 times, in the meantime, I'm guessing you'll find room for me. :^O

I can't understand why I would be put on someone's BBL 😛  especially not for anything I have posted on this thread.  Other threads . . . . . maybe . . . . I have ruffled some feathers.  But not this one.

My first thought was that noddeg69 was the sellers advocate's other ID.  But that just doesn't make sense.  Damn . . . . . I have been wondering what to put as my signature for weeks now, I am on holidays which is why I get to post at all hours of the night . . . . . . and it has just hit me!  I will quote someone who should post on these forums as she would cut through all the B.S. in no time.  Gotta finish this this thread and do the siggy . . . . but not before telling noddeg69 that I looked at your items for sale and none of them are of any interest to me so go ahead . . . . block me . . . . block me now.

This id is used for posting only, I have 5 selling ids and a couple of buying ones!
