I sold an item well over 48 hrs ago. The buyer paid pretty much immediately, but I've tried contacting him twice since then to confirm shipping details abd haven't had a response. Am I able to refund his payment and relist the item? If so how long do I have to wait?
Thanks,

LOL at crikey's comments. I couldn't resist a read after that. Loved one seller's response that the buyer just enjoyed giving negative feedback.
He's a serial victim, isn't he. Nothing ever seems to arrive on time, or if it does, it breaks down in 2 hours and he needs a refund.
I agree, if I had as much trouble as he seems to have, I would be going into ordinary shops to buy, and maybe paying more for better quality.
I have never in my life had as much trouble with Aust post as he seems to have. I find them very reliable on the whole.
There's something wrong with this man as a buyer (he's very suss) and I am surprised the ebay automated system hasn't picked up on him as having an awful lot of claims.
As for the original query here-

I think you need to send it immediately if you can, if the address makes sense.
But you're most likely going to get a negative for this transaction, i can feel it coming on.

Wow, so much pontification here. I wouldn't have asked the question if there wasn't a valid reason.

I wasn't having a go at you, only at your buyer.
Just making a comment, that is all.
I don't believe you deserve a negative, I didn't mean that-just that the buyer strikes me as the sort to give negative feedback awfully easily.
