Hi, yesterday I had an item ending, within the last 2 hours of that Item ending, I received 3 inbox questions about it, only one of the showed up and it was blank! the other 2 didn't show up in my inbox until today (about 14 hours after the item ended) I feel it probably cost me bids! not happy at all!!
Just to add, I also signed out of eBay and back in, I even downloaded the eBay app on my phone,

Well that makes 2 of us not being happy with ebay.
The truth is that you don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to ebay as ebay thinks they are better than any one else and you
are powerless to have ebay do what you want them to do.
We can all whinge all we want but at the end of the day ebay wins we loose.
It gets so frustrating and drives you so mad but you just have to go with the flo and grit ur teeth or walk away from ebay all together.
Ebay are the most unfair bull**bleep** company going around and who ever lets them run like they do needs their head examined it's as simple as that.

The emails may be getting flagged as spam and getting blocked by outgoing and incoming mail servers, as a company called Cisco has a monopoly on mail filtering and when they introduce an update to their algorythms it usually affects many different companies. I have had ongoing issues like this with Cisco going back a few years with emails relating to sales from clients' servers.
This means they don't even get to spam folders of individuals, they simply don't get out of the originating server in some cases!
PayPal seemed to be having the same problem a few times this year. Nothing we can do except wait for eBay to work it out with Cisco, if it is Cisco.
