Number of stamps needed?

I have 120x180x50 (all in mm) bubble padded pags. I want to ship a bracelet thats approximately 50g in weight. I know that the maximum allowed for letter delivery is 20mm in thickness. This bracelet is 19mm in thickness. How much $$ worth of stamps do I need to place on the bubble padded bag before I ship? Btw, I only own 70c stamps currently.

I presume you lodged your letter at a PO, in which case it appears that for whatever reason, they have given you an 11.5% discount off the standard postage rate of $2.10. I wonder if the recipient had to pay a $1.74 "fine" when their letter was delivered? If it was your local PO, I'd be inclined to ask them why, out of sheer curiosity.

Although I don't think I have seen getting a discount because of that before.

if you put it into an old DVD case and packed it with bubble wrap it would be $1.40
