Overseas buyers and immediate payment

Hiya

Jut a quick question in regards to overseas buyers.

Is it possible to make my listings "immediate payment" for overseas buyers only>??  Have tried to change listings but theres no option to do this...maybe Im missing something??

I dont want it for local buyers just the OS ones.

No you can not make it immediate payment for some and not others.
