I recently sold a doll on Ebay to a buyer in Italy. Registered Post sent Jan 24. Arrived in Milan Feb 1. Buyer had not received doll by Feb 18. They wanted me to return their payment to me. I explained when they receive/return the doll I will return their money. They have opened a PayPal case against me. Since Feb 1 I have contantly been in touch with the buyer and sent copies of all the postage costs and Registered No of parcel and told them to contact Milan P.O. The Milan P.O. said the buyer needs to pay an extra $30? Not too sure why? I paid double the postage to Italy at my own expense. Is there anything I can do? This has been an AWFUL experience and I will never again post to Italy. Thankyou

You said the buyer has already opened a paypal dispute...has it been escalated to a claim yet?
If it is escalated you must respond to paypal with the registered post number and a copy of the paperwork or the buyer will win the dispute.
You know the parcel has reached Italy, but you have to prove it to paypal.
