I seem to recall that there used to be provision for printing off a packing slip with the order details to send to the buyer with their item, but I can't find it no matter how hard I look. Has that function since been removed or am I looking in the wrong places?

Then over on the right hand side ACTIONS
Then Print Address Labels or Invoices
Then click O Invoice / Packing Slip

it used to be under the sold items when you click the more actions button, I can't see it on mine either anymore...
but if you look at the "view order details" under the same tab, you can print one of those out.
I think that's pretty much the same thing.....

Oh, ok. When I go to Actions I get a menu :-
Print postage label
Add Tracking Number
View Sales Record
Print address labels or invoices

So that's where I select Print address labels or invoices
which takes me to another page where I select Print Invoice or Packing Slip

However, using Selling Manager, it was a very simple matter of going to the Actions menu and selecting "Print address labels or invoices" which ultimately takes me to the page where I have the option of printing either the address label or the invoice / packing slip, which is exactly what I wanted. I knew it existed somewhere, but it was my fault for looking in the wrong place.
However, without your combined efforts I probably would have taken forever to finally figure out exactly where it was. Taught me a valuable lesson though; stick to the one method and don't switch between them purely for the sake of convenience, because that's what brought me undone. Thanks again to the both of you. ๐
