Parcels too large for Australia post (nsw to nsw address)

Hello,

I have to mail two parcels from NSW 2011 to an address in NSW 2170.

They both weigh roughly 5kgs and I need tracking and insurance. Could anyone recommend a good courier service?

I did some research and smartsend.com.au seems to be a good option. I've never dealth with them before tho.

according to my memory, two 5kg parcels going to the same address in the same state would cost $8.25 in the same state (then theres little tracking and handling cost of course

Auspost have 5kg Parcel Post bags so it appears they do carry parcels up to 5kg at least. I have sent larger parcels and it's never been an issue. However, I guess it could depend on the bulk, not weight, of the parcel.

2011 to 2170 - Surry Hills to Liverpool - cheaper to drive to some meeting point and get buyer to sign stat dec on receipt of goods if postage is over $50. JMO.
