Help. Does anyone know how to transfer money in my Paypal account, to my bank account please? When I get "X" amount of money in there from my sales, I used to transfer it no problem, but with this new Xoom thing, it's not clear. It says to click "transfer" (which I used to do the old way), but now, nothing...says "we need to confirm your account" ... did that, all successful and good, but still can't transfer the money. Can anyone work this new thing out? ... thanks in advance.

It was doing that to me yesterday for a couple of hours, but then sorted itself out, just a temporary glitch.
Just keep trying periodically, I'd suggest, but if it doesn't sort itself out, contact paypal.

The zoom service is supposed to be for people in the USA an Canada....you are not the first to be caught by it....there is at least one other member on the boards here asking about it.
I would be contacting paypal as the are never going to be able to verify your paypal account so it will work.

Transferring out of paypal worked today but would not all week.
You can tell paypal was once owned by ebay - neither tell the truth or admit when there is a problem.

I messaged paypal about it yesterday, and this is the reply I got today
[Joz], I hope this message finds you well. Your concern is a known issue in PayPal and our tech specialist are already working on it right now. We updated our PayPal app to give our clients the best service that you all deserve. I recommend to use our updated version of PayPal app to withdraw the money from your account. You can download it from your app store or play store. It will work.
In the meantime, it had started working normally again on the computer (I don't use the app).
