Paypal email notices

Is anyone experiencing problems with email notifications coming through? They seem to be hit and miss. I missed a few last night, now again this morning I haven't received them.

Different situation harley, but I just made a payment to one of my sellers and the Paypal notification came through in a couple of minutes.

It happens to me now and again as well...buyer pays but no email from PayPal..just the Ebay email telling me my item sold.

I then have to check my PayPal account to see if the payment has been made.

Then a few days later I get email from PayPal saying I've received payment and then have to check that it is the same transaction that Ebay emailed about a few days earlier.

Technology..isn't it wonderful...when it works properly.

I like digging holes in the garden...once dug they stay in place and don't move or morph into something different due to a software glitch.

Just a thought, but with the defects associated with postage times, this delay in receiving Paypal notifications could very well impact on sellers through absolutely no fault of their own......................

Kinda glad I didn't decide to try selling on this platform after the new "improvements" came in over the last few years, but eBay's missing out now because my buying has plummeted since I'm not going to try selling under the present unfair bias against sellers.

Paypal app seems to work properly. I check that if I haven't had an email in an hour (takes that long to get to my primary email account).

thanks guys. I have just received a few more sales and those notifications came through ok. I also emailed paypal so hopefully they will check it out.

Been happening to me too for the last few days, it's annoying as I always check the address on the paypal advice before sending item and now I have to log in to Paypal to check.
