People buying with fake accounts and not paying

Who do you report people who set up fake accounts, make a bid but then never pay and you have to cancel the order.

How do you know they are fake accounts

They make a bid and then go quiet an and no payment after a follow up request to pay. The accounts were set up the day of the bid and have no other history. The third time it happened I sent a message saying another fake account and they responded yes.

I hope you reported them to eBay for setting up fake accounts to circumvent blocks

You can report trolls (this kind of buyers are trolls rather than compulsive buyers who bid or buy and then realize they cannot pay).

Or... you can change your settings to "immediate payment", although there are other problems with immediate payment, for example with combined postage.
