Please help i am being ripped off by buyer

I just recieved this message and was hoping someone could help with how to respond. This item is definitely not fake.

If you are 100% sure the DVDs are original factory made copies stand your ground and don't give your buyer a refund and let them open a Paypal dispute if they want to. They will need to prove to Paypal the DVDs are not genuine. If you receive negative feedback phone ebay and ask for removal and send the threatening email to them.

For lurker sellers their are some special list opportunities hidden in the original posters feedback.

They have most likely finished burning the DVD's and no longer have a  need for them :^O

If u are sure you are selling the correct dvd's please do not refund without return. Tell them to return and u will refund. I would also send ebay this message and block them from future sales.

There was a thread a few weeks ago about a seller drop shipping form amazon and they had to prove their dvds were the real thing.

Probably best to do a search of old threads to find all the details because I can't remember it well enough to explain it all here.

(And my internet connection is dropping out every couple of minutes!:_|)
